1. Services Provided

The Coach/ Counsellor agrees to provide coaching and counseling services to the Client. The scope of these services includes, but is not limited to:

Personal Development Coaching: Assisting the Client in identifying and achieving personal goals, developing self-awareness, and improving overall well-being.

Career Coaching: Guiding the Client through career transitions, enhancing career development, and providing support for career-related decisions.

Life Coaching: Helping the Client address and manage various aspects of their personal life, including relationships, health, and work-life balance.

Counselling Services: Providing support and guidance to help the Client cope with emotional, mental, and psychological challenges. This includes stress management, anxiety reduction, grief counseling, and improving mental health.

Goal Setting and Action Planning: Assisting the Client in setting realistic and achievable goals, and developing actionable plans to reach those goals.

Skill Development: Enhancing the Client's skills in areas such as communication, time management, and leadership.

The Coach will utilise various techniques and methodologies appropriate to the Client's needs, including but not limited to, one-on-one sessions, assessments, exercises, and feedback.

2. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay A2Z Coaching the fees states on this website, based on the agreed upon package.

Invoices will be sent to the Client via email. Payment will be made via bank transfer in EUR to the designated bank account as indicated in the invoice.          

For individual sessions, payment is due in 7 calendaristic days after the date of the session. For packages, payment is due in advance, at the start of the coaching trajectory. (instalments are possible upon agreement and will be specified in the contract, signed by both parties).

If payment is not received on time, the client may not be able to keep their bookings and their ability to book sessions will be paused.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Coaching/ counselling sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreed times. If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule a session, they must provide at least 48 hours' notice. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, the Client will be charged for the missed session unless otherwise agreed upon by the Provider.

4. Confidentiality

The Provider agrees to keep all information shared by the Client confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where the Client has given explicit written permission.

Limits to confidentiality:

There are legal limits to confidentiality and disclosure of committing or intending to commit criminal offences, domestic violence, suicidal attempts or based on Child Protection Acts.

The Coach / Counsellor works with a counselling/coaching supervisor regularly to monitor and improve their work. In these sessions, all discussions regarding clients are undertaken anonymously and confidentially. Sometimes, the Coach / Counsellor may need to contact the client's GP or other professionals. This would be done with the client’s permission and would be discussed in the session prior to any contact. However, if the Coach / Counsellor believes the client’s or another person’s safety is severely jeopardised, they may contact external services without the client’s permission. Sharing the content of the coaching / counseeling sessions on social media is not permitted.

5. Responsibilities

Coach's Responsibilities: The Coach / counsellor agrees to provide the agreed-upon coaching and counselling services to the best of their abilities and to maintain the highest ethical standards.

Client's Responsibilities: The Client agrees to be punctual, to communicate openly and honestly, and to complete any assignments or activities agreed upon during sessions.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching agreement at any time with written notice. Any fees paid in advance for services not yet rendered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, except in cases where less than 48 hours' notice is given for a session cancellation.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Provider is not responsible for any decisions made by the Client as a result of the coaching sessions. The Client acknowledges that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of their life, and that it is ultimately the Client's responsibility to make decisions and take actions.
